Turns out, after a second inspection, that he had not completed the job and left several jack posts sitting upright not attached to anything along with a 4 x 6 post on the ground. So, only one makeshift jack post was installed. He initially came across as being a very knowledgeable person and I trusted that he would handle the installation appropriately; however, I was seriously mistaken and duped. Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone contract with him.
